if you're playing 0.2.2, is normal, arcade only works with "0.1.9 fix" for now

The game doesnt have a client connected to internet that consent it to update automatically, so you'll need to always check for newer versions and download them by yourself.
You can keep 0.1.9 an 0.2.2 installed at the same time, no conflicts will happen because the latter doesnt have arcade mode, while the former does.
XXXMAS special is only at part 2 (it finishes with the "twins"), no updates right now.

If you cant see the puzzle is maybe because you've selected a "Fredina" skin for Frenni (Fredina or Fredina glamrock), that happens because Fredina is considered like a "beta version" of Frenni (different hairstyle and shirt, for the rest they are the same), and in-game is an "actual" diferent charatcher. Use the default Frenni skin and you'll be fine :)
P.S. same thing applies for the "Frenni chairsex" scene!

You dont need to virus scan, the antivirus probably recognizes it as a false positive and delete it. If you've downloaded the game from the above links, it's fine, no worries.

Yes, the 0.2.2 version only have story mode (that's why is called "STORY MODE") because the last arcade mode updates are buggy, crashes etc

The placeholder file is in the Nightguard's PC ("TRIO BONFIE x FEX x CHIKU x ME") but the scene doesnt actually exist for now

That's simply an issue regarding the graphic card, I think it doesnt support Direcxt 11, which is necessary for the game libraries to run. In the screenshot is only possible to see the CPU, and i5-2500, outdated but still fine to run FapNAF; go to the "display" tab to see the graphic card name.
Alternatively, you can just right - click on the bottom bar - task manager - performance tab - GPU.
P.S. in your screenshot there's "Directx 12" reported, that is just Windows 10 that comes with it as default, it doesnt necessary means the graphic card supports it.

For what I saw (I'm not Patreon, my knowledge is from Yt videos) the code location changes PC eveytime you restart (doesnt matter if caught by Chiku or exit the game).
Also the 4 digits codes are not totally procedural, but have fixed combinations I think 5 or 10

Seeing how MANY comments are about when the the new releases will be out, I'll do a little summary based on what I know.

The version 0.2.0 have broken arcade mode, it adds some stuff, the scanner that can unlock Youhub clips (random luck based, it can also give you some credit$ or nothing) but is not stable and keeps crashing. So Fatal Fire Studios decided to remove it from 0.2.1 and 0.2.2 version to focus on story mode (is literally called 0.2.2 "storymode"). Probably in the 0.2.3 they will re-enable the arcade mode, and when 0.2.4 will be available for Patreon members, they will release the 0.2.3 as public free.

Paradoxically, the 0.1.9 for now is "better" because have story mode night 1 and stable arcade mode, while 0.2.0 have only a bit more in arcade, but crashes, and 0.2.2 only have story mode (1 - 2)

I see that Fatal Fire released lots of updates in year 2023 for FapNAF, so what stopped them a bit for the subsequent months is that issue with arcade mode. But they also couldnt give "nothing" to Patreon members I guess, so that's why they focused on finishing night 2 of the story mode. Also because, if the youtubers stopped talking about FapNAF, the audience for the game surely wont increase

Next time, you can backup your game save from the Windows registry (regedit). Sorry dude, no. It's a bit of a shame because the CPU (core i7-2670) is still good for light games like FNAFrenni's, but has been coupled with a really low-end GPU. I searched a bit and is not possible to upgrade the graphic chip (some really rare high end laptops consent it) to your Toshiba P755

The game isn't even in its "1.0" version, is only "0.1.9", meaning is in an very early alpha stage of development, it will be long time before we see it finished and 2.0!

That "pink skins" issue happens because the graphic card doesnt support DirectX 11, yours (integrated Intel HD 3000) goes up to max DX 10.1; being a notebook you cant even change the graphic card, sorry, you need a bit updated PC, even a low-tier configuration (Pentium with a Geforce GT 1030 / 1050 GPU) is more than enough for this game.

(next time you can answer directly to the "thread" by clicking reply to my comment). I think the Geforce 9500, even if it supports DirectX 11, is not powerful enough to play the the game smoothly.

Can you tell your PC config? Maybe is not powerful enough for the game. I'm playing it with on a PC with Core i3 4th gen (2013 year) and Geforce GTX 950, low graphics, not perfectly smooth but very playable.

If you downloaded the game from here, you'll be fine, otherwise delete it and actually download it from the link above the comments. If the problem perxists, disable Windows defender, extract the game and add an exception for it.

I also want to add that if you search "Fap nights at frennis apk" you find something, but considering that Fatal Fire Studios not yet released an android version of the game, that's probably some fake installer loaded with malware, just avoid them always look here on the official game page.

If you download the official version from this page, you will be fine. I'm playing it from two weeks and all ok.

I have a question, I play on two different PCs, my desktop and a laptop, usually if a game is light like this I transfer the save files from one PC to another, but I see is not possible with Five Nights at Frenni's, because looks like the "progress" is stored in the registry and not a simple config file. Is there a way to copy the progress from the registry? Thanks.
